We had heard that an old friend had moved to Iceland so we had to drop by.

This is John “Kerbie” Kerr who Sébastien first met in the ‘Jump Britian’ documentary in 2005.

We explored Iceland’s capital city, Reykjavik, on their national Independence Day.

We got to see how the local practitioners train when they’re outside of the gym and witnessed a traditional Icelandic strong-man competition.

Retour A La Racine

Or ‘Return To The Roots’ in English. It’s not all rooftops and flashy jumps – the fundamentals are important. And as Seb always says… “repetition, repetition, repetition”.

We shot this on a lovely spring day in a council estate in Elephant & Castle, London. We were there for a few hours and nobody bothered us. Heaven!

Earlier in the year we went to Iceland to see what the community is like out there and to catch up with an old friend.
